
I didn’t set out to build a platform. I started with curiosity, a notebook, a cup of coffee, and a question: How far could AI really take us in Talent Acquisition?
So I dove in. I studied prompt engineering, tested everything, and rebuilt my workflows from the ground up. And somewhere in that process, I realized something important: this wasn’t just transforming my work. It could transform the work of every recruiter, sourcer, and TA leader trying to stay ahead in an AI-driven world.
That realization became the spark behind Prompt Advantage, a warm, practical space to share the lessons, shortcuts, and tools I wish existed when I began.
Before all of this, I spent years as a software engineer, then decades recruiting and sourcing for some of Silicon Valley’s most iconic product companies: Apple, Verisign, Juniper Networks, Nest Labs, Google, Splunk. I’ve seen firsthand how technology reshapes talent work. But when ChatGPT arrived in late 2022, it changed everything I thought I knew about workflows and what’s possible.
Today, my mission is simple:
